CNN: Transparency Builds Loyalty

‘s Carmen Iezzi contributes to CNN’s Freedom Project where she explain’s Cooperative Coffees‘ Fair Trade Proof website that tracks all of Cafe Campesino and Sweetwater’s coffee contracts.  She says that this kind of transparency helps build customer loyalty, because consumers see themselves as an important part of the coffee supply chain.  We tend to agree.  😉  Learn more about CNN’s Freedom Project- a site dedicated to  “ending modern-day slavery.”
