Cinnamon Caramel Iced Coffee

1 ¼ cups (20 tablespoons) of Café Campesino ground coffee
1 teaspoon of fair trade, organic cinnamon
1/2 cup of Santa Cruz Organic Caramel Syrup®

Mix the cinnamon with the ground coffee and brew a pot of coffee as usual. Add the syrup to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved. Chill thoroughly, and serve over ice with milk or sugar to taste.
Makes 6-8 servings.

Tip: Cool your leftover coffee and make ice cubes with it. Pop some cubes into your next cold coffee drink for extended cooling without watering down the flavor.
