Fresh Fruit Smooooothie

Summer is here and nothing quite hits the spot like a fresh fruit smoothie. The coffee house team has created a delicious blend of fresh fruit and organic, fat-free yogurt to cool you off and fuel you up on a steamy day. Whip it up and enjoy!

1 banana (peeled, of course)
5 sliced strawberries
2 ice cream scoops of fat-free, organic yogurt (plain)
3 oz. pineapple juice
12 oz. scoop of ice

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately. (You can sweeten the smoothie using agave nectar, sweetened condensed milk, or honey. Just add one tablespoon of agave/honey or two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the other ingredients before blending.)
